It’s starting to feel like Christmas here in London!
A little over a month since the launch of our website, and the online home of the Akkadium School of Anthropology and Archaeology is gradually taking shape.
The magazine content is now organised into sections for different types of content:
- Features, for longer-form in-depth narrative pieces;
- Dispatches, for quick reads about things we’ve discovered or breaking news;
- Focus, where we examine recent research in a bit more depth, and ;
- Explorer, for sharing accounts of events we’ve attended, experiences we’ve had or sites we’ve visited.
And of course, you will be able to explore and sign up for our taught courses when they are announced in 2016.
We’re still keen to receive your news, and we’re particularly interested in developments that may not be picked up by mainstream media. So if you or your colleagues are working on a project, or have had an archaeological experience that you think we’d like to write about, please get in touch.
Meanwhile, don’t forget to check us out on Facebook and Twitter.
Hope to see you there!
Mark.
